Garlic Mustard Dressing

Servings:
1 Dairy

Suitable for Freedom 1-4, 6 and seven meal plans

Ingredients:
4 oz. Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 contemporary small Garlic cloves, minced
½ Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Preparation:
Mix all components collectively and chill. Serve over your favourite greens or use as a marinade on your favourite lean protein.
