Ingredients:
1 cup Cabbage, shredded
Juice of a fresh Lemon
½ Tbsp Light Olive Oil
½ small clove Garlic, minced
Pinch of fresh Mint leaves, chopped

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and chill prior to serving.
