1 Starch

Ingredients:
½ cup Couscous, cooked
Juice from a fresh Lemon
1 cup Parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp fresh Mint, finely chopped
½ small Pomegranate, seeded

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and chill for 15-20 minutes.
